SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping via UPS or USPS on all in-stock orders to any destination within the continental United States.
All orders are quickly processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped via email, along with a tracking number.
Should your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes as needed for the safety of a particular item. With sustainability at core of our business model, we incorporate recycled packing and shipping materials on all orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost will vary based on the weight and/or size of the shipment. Please note that we do not include shipping costs in our products, as we prefer to give you the best product pricing possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer UPS Standard shipping to Canada. Please email us directly at Revel.Interiors@gmail.com for an accurate shipping quote based on packing sizing/weight and method of delivery.
NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Revel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We do not provide shipping to P.O boxes.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We carefully curate our artisan and vintage decor, and note any flaws or defects within the product description. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (within 1-3 days of receipt of package) revel.interiors@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition and packing materials, including the box. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will always work towards a satisfactory solution.
